Roger Chapman
Roger Chapman is a retired children’s Social Worker, who has written a book about fostering that is used widely across the UK. He lives in Northamptonshire with wife Jenny and they have two adult children. Since retiring, one of hs ambitions has been to write a picture book for each of his three current grandchildren and this one for Olivia completes the series.
