Rodd Wagner

Rodd Wagner is a principal of the Gallup Organization. There he interprets employee engagement and business performance data for numerous Fortune 500 companies. His work has taken him to half the continents on the globe, the execuive suites of major corporations in nearly every industry, the Pentagon, and the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz. He holds an MBA from the University of Utah Graduate School of Business and lives near Minneapolis, Minnesota, with his wife and children.
