Robin Scroggs was Edward Robinson Professor of Biblical Theology, Union Theological Seminary, New York. His Fortress Press books include Paul for a New Day (1977), The New Testament and Homosexuality (1983), Christology in aul and John (Proclamation Commentaries, 1988), and The Text and the Times: New Testament Essays for Today (1993).
