Robert SauberArtist Robert Sauber developed a passion for art from an early age, illustrating ads for local stores. He created children's filmstrips for Gallaudet University in Washington, DC, teaching deaf kids how to read. Robert received his BA from the Art Ceter College of Design in Los Angeles, where he was the first student in his class to be honored to have a painting in the Art Center gallery. In New York City, he developed book covers, magazine stories, and children's books for companies such as Random House and Simon & Schuster. His quest in painting has always been to share a storytelling quality that brings out the humanity in all of us, especially in nature and landscapes. He encourages inspiration in others and hopes for people to reflect and say, "I want to be there!" Read More Read Less
