Robert L StahlROBERT L. STAHL, M.D. is a retired hematologist-oncologist and a palliative care physician specializing in hospice care. He practiced thirty years in Atlanta, GA, including more than a decade as an Associate Professor of Medicine at Emory University.From 2003-21 he was the Director of the James Fitzgerald Legacy at the Monhegan Museum of Art and History, ME, where he also served as Associate Director. Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Fitzgerald estate, Stahl oversaw the development of the artist's Catalogue Raisonné, and is the author of the two-volume Selections From the Catalogue Raisonné. In 2009 he oversaw the restoration of Monhegan's 1850 Lighthouse, for which he received the 2010 Maine Historic Preservation Honor Award.
