Robert Franklin GishRobert F Gish is the author of over a dozen works of fiction and memoir, folktales, and literary biographies and essays. He taught at the University of Northern Iowa from 1967-91 and served as director of ethnic studies and professor of English at Caifornia Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo from 1991 to 2001.
