Robert Edeson
Robert Edeson was born in Perth, Western Australia, and educated at the University of Western Australia and the University of Cambridge. He has been a consultant anaesthetist and researcher, publishing in the neuroscience, biophysical and mathematcal literatures. The Weaver Fish is his first novel. It was published by Fremantle Press in 2014 after winning the 2012 T.A.G. Hungerford Award for unpublished manuscripts in Western Australia.Edeson's unique writing style has been likened to that of Umberto Eco, Borges, and David Mitchell. His work crosses the bridge between the arts and the sciences, and will appeal to lovers of cryptic puzzles.
