Robert DohertyDr. Robert L Doherty is an attorney, CPA and, in recent years, an adjunct professor of business law and international business at Florida State University. He was a tenured professor at the United States Military Academy at West Point, and taught at rinceton University as a postdoctoral fellow. He holds advanced degrees in accounting, business administration, public administration, and several foreign languages. He also served as an army officer and diplomat for nearly 32 years, retiring as a colonel.
