Robert D MorganDr. Robert D. Morgan received his Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University in counseling psychology after completing his predoctoral internship at the Federal Correctional Institution in Petersburg, Virginia. He also completed a postdoctoral fellowship i forensic psychology in the department of psychiatry at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and the Missouri Department of Mental Health.
