After high school, I went into the Air Force and continued my study in electronics.After the Air Force, I worked for major electronic companies fr the past forty-four years which include: Honeywell, IBM, Kodak, and Toshiba.Watching my father read, when I was a young boy, implanted in me the curiosity to know what was in books. He instilled in me the love of reading. Thus, my journey began. I started selecting books at random based on what was on their covers. Most of the time, the books had nothing to do with their titles, but once I started reading a book, I wouldn't put it down for fear of missing something important.My formal education comes from reading. I have read books on every subject under the sun.Everything we need to know comes from books. I built a three level deck, forty feet by thirty feet, for my house just by reading the book called "Decks 1-2-3"Whenever I saw a library on a television show, I knew that one day, my house would also have a library.My love for reading has evolved to where I want to share some of the highlights with other people. This is the seed from which this book was birthed.I live in the Virgin Islands. My wife and I have been married for thirty-eight years and we have two beautiful children and one grandchild.
