Robert C ConnerThis is the first novel by Robert C. Conner, a longtime journalist who won two first-place writing awards from the New York Associated Press Association for newspapers with circulation between 50,000 and 200,000. His previous book, published by Casemte in 2013, was a biography, General Gordon Granger: The Savior of Chickamauga and the Man Behind "Juneteenth." Conner has a Phi Beta Kappa bachelor's degree from New York University, and an associate's degree in chemical dependency counseling from Hudson Valley Community College.
