Robert B. Dickie

Robert B. Dickie, a member of the State Bars of California, Massachusetts and New York, practiced law at Shearman & Sterling, has served as a tenured professor at Boston University’s School of Management and as a faculty member at Stanford Law Schol’s Directors’ College. A graduate of Yale University, he earned a J.D. at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. He authored Financial Statement Analysis and Business Valuation for the Practical Lawyer, published by the ABA and its best seller in 1999 (2nd edition 2006), recently released in its 3rd version (2020).
