Riya DasRiya Das is Assistant Professor of English (British/World Literature) at Prairie View A&M University. Das specializes in nineteenth-century British and Anglophone literature with an interest in gender, empire, and narrative form. Das is the author ofWomen at Odds: Indifference, Antagonism, and Progress in Late Victorian Literature (Ohio State UP, 2024), which was funded by a National Endowment for the Humanities fellowship.
