Richard O CalkinsRichard Calkins spent 40 years in the telephone industry, including seven years as Vice President for developing national telephone industry regulatory and legislative policies at the United States Telephone Association in Washington DC. He graduatedfrom the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in Economics and is a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon, the Economics Honor Society. Calkins spent nine years in the Air National Guard and was trained in electronics and radar systems at Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, Mississippi, graduating as the Honor Graduate of his class.
