Richard L WindleyRichard L Windley was born and raised in a small southern town. Windley is retired from the U S Navy after twenty one years of honorable service. Windley received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Wesleyan College, Norfolk Virginia, and his Mster of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale Florida. After retiring from the U.S. Navy Windley owned, managed, operated a successful Electronics Equipment Repair Service; while working for Superior Electronics and Raytheon Electronics. Years later, Windley Joined the staff of ECPI College of Technology and taught Electronics, Robotics, and Computer Technology for twenty-one years. After retiring from ECPI, he continued to manage his academic consulting business for several years to include; instructing seniors in computer use and reviewing technology textbooks for Prentice Hall and McGraw-Hill publishers. Windley also stays busy at his favorite hobby, writing nostalgia fiction, short-stories and novels. He also shares his time, experience, strength and hope, several times a week as a volunteer counselor in the cities of Virginia Beach, and Norfolk.
