Richard KendrickRichard Kendrick learned about coaching by competing in wrestling throughout his school years and into his service years with the U.S. Military. But he really learned all he needed to know from his son, Steven, and coaching youth baseball. Kendrick cached youth baseball for boys and girls while his children grew, taking both to national tournament championships, all while working full-time in aircraft maintenance for FedEx at their main hub in Memphis, TN.
