Richard A. SpinelloDr. Richard A. Spinello is an Associate Research Professor in the Carroll School of Management at Boston College where he teaches courses on information technology ethics, social issues in management, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining the facuty of Boston College he worked as a programmer and marketing manager in the software industry. He has written and edited five books on information technology ethics, including CyberEthics: Morality an Law in Cyberspace and Regulating Cyberspace: The Policies and Technologies of Control. He has also written numerous articles and scholarly papers on ethics and management that have appeared in journals such as Business Ethics Quarterly and Ethics and Information Technology.
