Richa Awasthy

Richa Awasthy is a university rank holder in Applied Psychology (graduate) and postgraduate in Psychology (Specialization Organizational Behaviour) from Delhi University. Her PhD is on the Indian employees perception of transplantd organizational practices of MNCs operating in India based on multiple qualitative case study design. She has an experience of more than 14 years in research, consultancy and teaching. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor in the area of organizational behaviour at the International Management Institute (IMI),
New Delhi. She is teaching qualitative research paper in doctoral programme. She has published papers in reputed Indian and international journals, such as Asian Case Research Journal and the Learning Organization. Her current interests are cross-cultural studies, intercultural relations, organizational diagnosis and learning organization.
