Ricardo J.C. CarbasDr. Carbas obtained his PhD in Adhesively Bonded Functionally Graded Joints from the University of Porto in 2013. Alongside journal article publishing, he is often involved in the organization of international conferences on materials and adhesive boding. He is also a member of the editorial board of Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (SAGE), Part L: Journal of Materials: Design and Applications (SAGE), and the Journal of Advanced Joining Processes (Elsevier).
