AhimaRexford Ahima, MD, PhD, is Professor of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, the director of the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism, the Bloomberg Distinguished Professor of Diabetes at the Johns Hopkins University, and the lader of the Johns Hopkins Diabetes Initiative.
