Rev. Dr. Susan Rose

Rev. Dr. Susan Rose is an ordained PC (USA) minister, a certified Spiritual Director and founder of Diakonos Solutions, a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring women in ministry. Susan lives what she calls “the hyphenated life,” incororating part-time work and school, along with volunteer leadership into a busy family life. She published her dissertation Not-Quite-Equal: Mentoring Women for 21st Century Leadership in 2021 and has written articles for The Presbyterian Outlook. She understands the pressures of women managing work, family and life goals. Susan lives in Ponte Vedra, Florida with her husband, Dave Buck.
