Rejaul KarimRejaul Karim is an Associate Professor of Finance and Banking in the Department of Business Administration at Varendra University, Rajshahi, Bangladesh and a Research Fellow at the INTI Internataional University, Malaysia. He received his PhD in finace from the Institute of Bangladesh Studies, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He completed the Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from the Pabna University of Science and Technology, Pabna, Bangladesh, with outstanding academic performance. Dr. Karim has teaching and research experience for over 10 years in undergraduate and master-level tertiary education. He has a great passion for teaching and researching finance and economics. His research focused on financial performance, financial structure, sustainable finance, the circular economy, and other contemporary issues in finance and economics. Dr. Karim continuously contributes through his field research and publishing many papers in reputed national and international peer-reviewed journals, including book chapters and conference proceedings.
