While studying art and graphic design at the University of Texas-San Antonio, Rebecca Rivera discovered her calling: photography. She returned to her native Rio Grande Valley after studying with noted photographrs.

A member of the Texas Professional Photographers Association and the Professional Photographers of America, Rebecca Rivera specializes in contemporary and artistic portraits. She is best known for her distinctive wedding photographs that capture the moment.

"I feel blessed to document lives, events, and places, creating photographs that will be treasured by generations to come," she says from her studio in Mission. She is pursuing the designation of Certified Professional Photographer. Her photography has been exhibited by the Rio Grande Valley Art Guild.

Rebecca Rivera lives in Mission with her husband, son, and daughter.
