Ray SummersA native Texan, Ray Summers received his education at Baylor University (B.A.) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Th.M., Th.D.). He was named head of the department of New Testament interpretation at Southwestern in 1938 and in 1959 becam professor of New Testament at Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.In 1964, Dr. Summers became chairman of the Department of Religion at Baylor University, Waco, Texas.Dr. Summers has three other books to his credit: Worthy Is the Lamb: An Interpretation of Revelation; The Life Beyond; and Ephesians: Pattern for Christian Living.
