Ray LavayRay LaVay a North Alabama author and journalist spent his early adult years in and around the great change in the non-denominational Pentecostal movement mostly in Oklahoma. It was this movement which spurred his interest in Biblical history. LaVay spent some of early years with an uncle who was a minister that taught him about the Bible and the teachings of people like Oral Roberts.
