Raul CisnerosRaul E. Cisneros was born in Panama and was raised there and in the United States. Raul flies airplanes and also helps to build and repair them. He is a tour guide at the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC where he enjoys tlling stories about aviation and space.
