Raquel De Leon was born and raised in the heart of Texas. Stories have buzzed in her mind for years, but it wasn't until she returned from living several years in Europe that she decided to share those stories with a broader audience. Now bck in Texas, she's committed to finishing a few of those stories for publication-when she's not doting on her adorable nephews.
