RAODr. V.V.B. Rama Rao (b. 1938) is a retired English Language Teaching professional. Educated in Maharajah College Vizianagaram, Banaras Hindu University and Central Institute of English, he has a Ph.D. in English literature. He worked in his alma mate and UGC, USEFI and British Council Summer Institutes in ELT. He has published more than fifty books and scores of articles and reviews both in English and his mother tongue Telugu.
