Randy Lee Higgins Ph DRandy was born in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. After graduating summa cum laude from Virginia Tech and receiving a master's degree in family therapy, he completed his doctoral degree at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, California.
