He leads MAI training to strengthen national Christian publishing in underserved areas of the world. Ramon joined MAI staff in 2012 with 15 years' experienc in Christian publishing and international training. As former CEO of OMF Literature, Inc, in the Philippines, Ramon led it to become one of the nation's largest Christian publishing houses during his leadership from 1997 to 2008. He was an entrepreneur for 12 years before entering the publishing industry. Ramon holds an MBA and BS in Business Economics.
