Rakesh SehgalRakesh Sehgal is a retired IDAS officer of 1986 batch. He is a Masters in English and MBA(Public Policy) from ICPE Ljubljana(Slovenia).Apart from Defence, he has worked in the Broadcasting and Power sectors. Prior to joining the IDAS, he taught Englih in a college in Chandigarh. Despite choosing Accounts and Finance as his vocation, he has continued to pursue his passion of reading English and Hindi Literature.In 2020, he translated a Hindi novel 'Aurat Zinda Hai' into English with the title 'Thou Art Still A Woman'.
