Rajorshi ChakrabortiRajorshi C hakraborti is an Indian-born novelist, essayist and short story writer, and great grandson of the Bengali writer Hemendra Kumar Roy. He was born in 1977 in Calcutta, and grew up there and in Mumbai. He has also lived and studied in Canada,England and Scotland. Between 2007 and 2010, he worked as a lecturer in English Literature and Creative Writing at the University of Edinburgh, where he completed his doctoral studies in African and Indian Literature.
