Hold MSW from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and M.Phil from CentralInstitute of Psychiatry, Ranchi. Major areas of interest are psychotherapeutic interventions, substance use, mental health and community-epidemiological aspect of HIV/AIDS, children mental health and protection issues and community health issues. Having publications in national and international journals including Taylor and Francis publication group. Mr. Kumar is a member of reviewer board in journals of Sage Publication and Elsevier publication. Mr. Kumar delivered several invited lectures in various state level training programs, and have taught at the undergraduate and postgraduate level at Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Currently teaching as adjunct faculty at Department of Rural Development and Management, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekanand Universtiy, Ranchi.
