Rachel Carmichael Rachel Carmichael has been an Oracle DBA for over nine ears. She chairs the DBA Special Interest Group for the New ork Oracle Users Group, is both Chauncey and OCP certified, and has presented at various international and national conferences, inluding the ECO all-day DBA seminar for the past three years.
