Robert M. Santucci is a senior housing rehabilitation consultant. After indenturing in the private renovation field, he turned his Jack-of-all-trades experience toward the Rehab Specialist requirements of a large nonprofit For the next 350 years, he provided technical assistance, training and systems development to governments, foundations and developers in the areas of; real estate development, production management, value engineering and hazardous materials abatement.
