Qu Sanqiang

Dr. Qu Sanqiang is one of the international outstanding law scholars and is widely credited with having popularized intellectual property law. Currently he is appointed as a professor of Intellectual Property Law at Peking University, and the Deanof the Law School of Beijing Institute of Technology.
