Public Menace

Public Menace is a new poetry platform seeking to encourage collaboration between writers; building creative networks and offering publishing opportunities whilst fostering a sense of the importance of poetry as a vital tool for world-building. >

The teaching material for the art of poetry has traditionally only been offered to those able to have the opportunity to study it at school or university, or who were raised in established creative backgrounds. Public Menace seeks to bring poetry resources to disparate writers outside of major creative cities: acting as an incendiary hub where poetry is part of social activism, uniting disparate people and communities to ensure poetry remains relevant, accessible, and most of all: a conversation.
