Prabhat KumarPrabhat Kumar is currently the Head of Computer Science and Engineering Department at National Institute of Technology Patna, India. He is also the Professor-In-charge of the IT Services of the institute and has experience of more than eight years inNetwork Planning & Management. He is, currently, the State Student Coordinator of Bihar, India for Computer Society of India (CSI). He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and M. Tech. in Information Technology.
