Phillip OrtizPhillip Ortiz is a fine artist, and illustrator, also experienced in photography, and graphic design. As a child, Phillip spent hours each day painting and drawing stories and scenes from his boyish imagination. Phillip is now living his lifelong drem of telling visual stories through design, commissioned paintings, and illustrating children's books. Whether for commission or originally inspired work, Phillip's creative passion remains to convey meaningful stories through his art. He has over twenty-five years' experience, working with pen and ink, watercolor, acrylics, pencil and colored pencil as well as mixed media. Phillip holds a degree in graphic design from Southwest University of Visual Arts in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
