Peter R. WilliamsPeter Williams has had a long career as an academic and policy adviser working on housing and mortgage markets and home ownership. He has held senior posts in universities and trade bodies in the UK and now continues as a Departmental Fellow in LandEconomy at Cambridge. Over the last twenty years Peter has also been closely involved in the sport of racing punting partly as a participant and through that has developed an interest in both the history of that sport and more generally in the River Thames.
