Peter Nolan Peter Nolan served with 161 Recce Flights in Vietnam from February 1967 to February 1968 as one of a small number of RAAF technicians. His tour encompassed significant periods, including the move of the Flight to its final locaton at Nui Dat, the intensification of operations during 1967 and the 1968 Tet Offensive.
