Peg ThomsPeg Thoms is an Associate Professor of Management and Director of the MBA Program in the Black School of Business at Penn State-Erie. Recipient of the Walter F. Ulmer, Jr., Applied Research Award from the Center for Creative Leadership, she ha numerous articles in journals such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Development Quarterly. Coauthor of Project Leadership from Theory to Practice and author of Driven by Time (Praeger, 2003), she has done extensive consulting, leadership development, and training with many organizations in the public and private sectors.
