Pavle PavlovicDr. Pavle Pavloviæ is Senior Scientist (Plant Ecology) since 2007. Currently he is Deputy Director and Head, Department of Ecology, Institute for Biological Research "Sinisa Stankoviæ", University of Belgrade, Belgrade, Serbia. He obtained M.Sc. (Plat Ecology) in 1992 and Ph.D. (Plant Ecology) in 1998 from the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade. He has 22-year experience in ecological research of terrestrialecosystems and had been Project Leader in 15 Scientific Projects, Serbian Ministry of Science and Technology. His professional interest is ecological research focussed on (i) Impact of biotic and abiotic factors on plant functioning, (ii) Physiological adaptation to changing environment and (iii) Land-use management. In past few years, allelopathy in Forest Ecosystems is major topics of research. Dr Pavloviæ has published more than 100 scientific publications including 2 Book Chapters. He is member of INTECOL, Serbian Ecological Society, Serbian Society for Soil Research and Serbian Biological Society.
