Paulette and her husband live in a small town in Northern California with their Shih Tzu pups. They are blessed with four children, two wonderful sons-in-law, and six beautiful grandchildren. When she isn't writing, she enjoys gardening, crafting, cooking, sewing, reading, and researching historical places. She especially loves watching the wildlife that visits her garden.

She and her husband also enjoy traveling and visiting historical sites, many of which inspire the settings and stories found in her books.
