Paul GravettPaul Gravett is a writer, lecturer, journalist, and broadcaster. He has worked in the comics industry since 1981, when he started work at UK band dessinee magazine pssst! He went on to publish the acclaimed Escape magazine for si years, after which he became director of The Cartoon Art Trust in 1992. Paul has curated numerous exhibitions of comic book art and is the author of several books about comics, including Manga: 60 Years of Japanese Comics (2004), and Graphic Novels: Stories to Change Your Life (2005); he is also the editor for The Mammoth Book of Best Crime Comics (2008).
