Prof. Aquinas has over 30 years of postgraduate teaching experience in human resource management and organizational behavior. He has worked with postgraduate students, corporate executives, and professionals to conduct management, supervisory, andleadership development programs. Dr. Aquinas holds multiple degrees, including an MA in Economics, MBA in Marketing Management, M.Com in Costing, M.Com in Advanced Banking, MSW in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management. He is a prolific writer, having researched and published numerous books, journals, and articles on organizational behavior and human resource management. His books are used in HEIs in India, SAARC countries, the UK, and the USA.
