Partha Ray
Partha Ray is Professor, Department of Economics at Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. He was Director, Department of Economic and Policy Research, RBI. He is a career central banker with 20 year of experience in the RBI. During August 2007–April 2011, he was Adviser to Executive Director for Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, and Sri Lanka at the IMF. He has published in national and international journals.
