Otho EskinOtho Eskin is a graduate of Bowdoin College and the George Washington University Law School, where he received a Juris Doctor law degree. After serving in the Army, he joined the United States Foreign Service. He was also the vice chairman of the US elegation to the United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea, participated in negotiations on the International Space Station, was the principal US negotiator of several international agreements on seabed mining, and served as the US representative to the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space. On retirement from the Foreign Service, Otho took up writing plays and thriller novels. Otho's plays have been produced in Washington, New York, London, and elsewhere in Europe.
