Dr. Orhan Elmaz teaches Digital Humanities and Arabic language, literature and culture at the University of St Andrews. His research area lies at the intersection of linguistics, intellectual history, and transcultural studies. He has published onthe Qur’an, computational and corpus linguistics, and One Thousand and One Nights.
