Nur DerisNur Deris is a freelance conference interpreter and translator. She is a member of the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC). She has studied English Literature at the Faculty of Letters, Istanbul University and later at the Faclty of Letters, University of Geneva. She worked as a community interpreter at the Refugee Aid Center in Geneva between 1983 and 1991, during which time she also worked for the Public Education Department of Geneva teaching immigrant children and their parents.
